Internal Sales Account Manager

Morley, Leeds

£25K plus benefits

Our client is actively seeking an excellent communicator who can join a growing business, who supply to re-sellers, contractors and Commercial clients.  Previous B2B experience is desirable.

  • Utilising Barbour ABI to research and develop new leads
  • Working to targets and KPI's
  • The purpose of this role is predominantly to maintain a great relationship with existing customers and bring in new customers to the business. This role involves the following;

  • Follow up on quotations sent to customers.
  • Log call notes and set a relevant call back date.
  • Ascertain receipt, glean any information available on when, if successful, the job may be required and if our quotation is competitive.
  • Contact customers for whom we have done quotations to gain any news of their progress.
  • Discuss schedule (dates) for the job. Note any unusual product quantities and query likelihood of availability with supplier.
  • Liaise with supplier staff on, price support, product availability, sample requirements for customer, and updates or changes to their product range.
  • Utilise Barbour Abi to seek new project and/or customer opportunities and to check updates on long term projects for which we have quoted.
