Role: Internal Sales

Location: Middleton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 – 1 hour for lunch

Salary: upto £28,000

Duties:

With a full training and support from the company you will be tasked with looking after your existing customer base bringing new business via existing customers and opening new accounts and growing them from scratch.

The first step will be to get to know your customers and begin to build a strong relationship over the phone. Sending marketing materials, samples and understanding the needs of the customers via our persona-based systems which will aid you in getting to the heart of what makes our business tick. You’ll be responsible for growing sales and winning new business.

What will you need to bring with you?

They expect the successful candidate to bring a commercial awareness and a talent for sales. You don’t need to have worked in their industry but that would be a nice bonus, but we need to see an individual who is ambitious and driven to succeed. You will also possess the following skills:

• A flair for getting to the heart of what customers want
• Excellent listening skills
• The ability to plan, analyse and achieve targets
• Great people skills
• The ability to support and work within a team
• A passion for organisation
• Experience in telesales
• Experience of using Excel and Word. Some PowerPoint experience may be useful though not a dealbreaker.
