Supplier Helpdesk Advisor - Finance
Temporary | Morley | £11.44 per hour
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible)
We are currently looking for a Supplier Helpdesk Advisor to join a dynamic team in Morley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in finance or customer service, with the potential to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to suppliers and internal colleagues, ensuring excellent service and strong communication.
- Resolve queries via email and phone calls, offering clear, helpful responses and guidance.
- Act as a first point of contact, supporting a range of internal teams across the business.
- Signpost colleagues to the right information and assist with requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage your own workload to meet deadlines, while keeping all parties updated and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain high standards of communication in line with the company’s brand, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, policies, and ways of working to enhance the customer experience.
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve queries effectively and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or finance/supply is advantageous.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in finance, especially if you have a background in finance education.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
