  • Be capable of running shifts independently
  • Have experience supervising or leading a small team
  • Be confident dealing with challenges and making decisions on the spot
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Be friendly, approachable and professional
  • Have good IT skills and experience using booking systems and POS/till systems
  • Possess a proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Be commercially aware and confident promoting venue services and facilities
  • Be reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term opportunity

What's on Offer?

  • Immediate start available
  • Stable, long-term opportunity
  • Varied and rewarding role
  • Supportive working environment
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing venue

If you have the hospitality experience, leadership skills and initiative to thrive in a busy customer-facing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
