💰 Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 DOE + a wealth of benefits including amazing holiday entitlement and hybrid working
⏳ Contract: 6‑month Temporary Assignment with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fleet Operations Specialist who can confidently take ownership of the entire customer journey — from onboarding and order processing right through to billing and ongoing support.

In this role, you will:

• Be the go‑to contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage onboarding, order processes, issue resolution, and billing with accuracy and care
• Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Build positive relationships through online tools, remote sessions, and regular communication
• Share product knowledge and support customers in getting the most from their services
• Work within SLA requirements and ensure compliance at all stages
• Use your strong digital and Excel skills to keep everything running like clockwork
