FINANCE DIRECTOR
Leeds – negotiable up to £80K depending on experience plus equity and benefits package
Our client has been growing through merger and acquisition and due to an internal move, a position has opened within the group for a Finance Director to work closely with the executive management and the board making strategic decisions to ensure a healthy P&L and EBITDA moving forward.
The main responsibilities of the Finance Director role are:-
- Working with the executive management team
- Preparing reports and presenting to executive board and investors
- Due diligence and risk analysis of key strategic company decisions
- Convert technical financial data into key and meaningful reports for the executive management using data management apps
- Regularly calculating EBITDA and reporting to executive management
- Maintaining actual vs budget to ensure a positive impact on EBITDA
- Sourcing credit facility and directly involved in due diligence of future acquisitions
The ideal Finance Director would meet the following criteria:-
- CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with relevant industry experience
- Experience of working in a Private Equity / Venture Capital funded business
- Expert knowledge of Sage200 or Business Central
- Advanced Excel / Power BI & Financial planning and analysis
- Ensuring strict compliance with debt covenants and liaising with 3rd party debt providers
- Lead a business wide re-structure/integration to help deliver additional savings
