What's the Role? As a pivotal member of the Management team, you'll:
- Prepare precise monthly and year-end management accounts.
- Oversee Payroll and HR functions.
- Drive strategic financial planning and efficiency initiatives.
- Navigate the transition from Sage 200 to Xero.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain financial policies and systems.
- Provide insightful analysis for monthly accounts, budgets, and cash flows.
- Collaborate with departments for informed financial decision-making.
- Shape business strategies and advise on financial implications.
- Contribute to medium and long-term business planning.
- Negotiate major projects, loans, and grant applications.
