Field Sales Representative 
Essex and surrounding areas
£35k basis plus company car, expenses and excellent commission - 4 different levels you can earn commission on (happy to discuss this further and realistic earning potentials

A full driving license is required for this role.

Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, experienced Field Sales Representative to join their expanding team, you will be responsible for identifying and growing your client base.  You will require proven Field Sales Experience, a knowledge of merchants or building products or similar would be desirable but not a must.

Duties and experience will include:

  • Managing the defined UK Regional Area 
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs and build and deliver a long-term relationship that secures and grows sales opportunities.
  • Establish a customer-centric approach that is designed to help them achieve their goals whilst delivering sales opportunities 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Manage all region-specific sales customers without compromising on the quality of services provided.
  • Growing the company's revenue by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers & internal team
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for existing and new customer opportunities.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.
  • Identifying new product opportunities; either specific customer requests &/or where competitor products are in-use and obtain the required information to meet customer product goals.
  • Identify and present commercial arguments for new business opportunities.

This is a very varied position with a lot of autonomy, the ideal candidate should be able to build strong working relationships, troubleshoot and be able to give customers the best advice.
