Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Export & Sales Administrator to join a reputable business based in Failsworth.
Location: Failsworth M35
Salary: up to £29,000 dependent on experience
Hours Monday – Thursday 8.45am-5pm, Friday 8.45am – 3pm
Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with our customers both over the phone and by email
- Placing orders, producing delivery notes and preparing export paperwork
- Quoting prices and following up on additional customer requirements
- Arranging shipments with our freight suppliers
- Completing export paperwork
- Closely liaising with and clearly communicating to, all other internal departments
- Processing and following up on customer concerns
Required experience/skills:
- A minimum of 6 months experience dealing with the process of exporting goods overseas – this includes dealing with freight forwarders and shipping companies, as well as completing export documentation yourself
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Forward-thinking and problem solving skills
- Proactive
- Good team player
- Positive 'can do' attitude
