Are you an Ecommerce Content Writer looking to work for an award-winning company that offers on the job training, servicing a large client base? You will be based at the Head office in Bolton. Your main function will be to provide support to the Marketing Team, including content writing, videoing, graphic design, social media and companys ordering platform. The position is ideally suited for someone who can work well in a busy, varied role. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.45 pm (3.7.5 hours per week), Salary is up to £22,308. Ecommerce Content Writer Duties:   

  • Assisting in creating content for the company's social media sites including writing blogs, articles and multimedia content. 
  • Working to set deadlines and schedules as outlined by Manager.
  • Developing social media posts and strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. 
  • Internal and external call handling. 
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts. 
  • Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to the company's brand and ideals. 
  • Generate content that engages current customers as well as introducing new customers to the brand 
  • Work with cross functional teams on setting measurable goals for campaigns and measuring the ROI. 
  • Support the retail teams with in-store and external campaigns. 
  • Monitoring and assisting in managing orders on the companies' E-commerce platforms. 
  • Any other duties as required.

Ecommerce Content Writer Requirements:  

  • Ideally you will have one years experience in ecommerce or content is preferred.
  • Experience in various social media platforms. 
  • Ability to build relationship with influencers and other key players. 
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively. 
  • Company industry training will be given.  
  • Required high attention to detail, good organisational skillset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising workloads.    
  • Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and Word is required as there is a high level of data entry in the position.   
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search is desirable   
  • Positive, pro-active, and flexible approach and can work under pressure.
