We are on the lookout for a Digital Campaigns Coordinator 

You will be a part of the wider growing team. Working as a Coordinator you will be working on the delivery of the monetised media and sampling on the website. You will assist in gatekeeping the website to ensure funded media is fit for purpose & relevant. 

You will have great opportunities to build relationships with stakeholders all over the business as well as externally. 

Salary negotiable D.O.E 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the gatekeeper of all digital media ensuring all changes are captured & briefed out in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with wider team to ensure implementation of at least 99% of funded activity delivered on site – on time, accurately & on brand
  • Quality check all briefs and assets to ensure activity is compelling & relevant for customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company toolkit, guidelines & ensuring media is ‘right first time' to land
  • Set up and publish funded content and product inserts in ad-serving platform and CMS where required
  • Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with day-to-day queries, WOW sessions and campaign performance queries
  • Manage regular site checks to ensure all activity has the right customer journey
  • Coordinate and prioritise workload to meet the urgent queries
  • Ensure autopsy and analysis of activity and carry forward learnings
  • Facilitate and uncover new opportunities to declutter the site or increase the value of existing media options
  • Support the Digital Campaigns lead in reviewing and refining ways of working, updating processes where required to drive efficiency
  • Ensure all essential documents and tools for the job are kept up to date & accurate

This role is based on the outskirts of Leeds with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
