Location: Thorpe Park, nr Garforth Leeds
Salary: £28,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client (a fantastic company we can’t name just yet – intrigue, right?) is looking for a Senior Complex Debt Associate – Old Debt to join their team. This role is all about optimising debt recovery, managing legal escalations, and working with 3rd parties to ensure bad debt losses are minimised. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy a challenge, and know your way around legal processes, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Identifying accounts for escalation and handling legal processes for commercial debts.
🔹 Working with 3rd parties, ensuring they meet expectations and targets.
🔹 Managing legal queries, liquidations, insolvencies, and ‘strike-offs’ at Companies House.
🔹 Chasing high-value ‘lost debt’ – because every penny counts!
🔹 Producing insightful reports and keeping workflows up to date.
