Customer Services Representative
Duties will include:
Taking orders (phone or email), raising orders, checking the accuracy of orders raised to avoid Misloads, dealing with general customer queries, liaising with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
In addition, work closely with account managers to better understand and anticipate customer needs.
The role also involves significant general administration duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and other contacts
Good numeracy and literacy. Precise and accurate
Strong IT skills with the ability to develop these further
