Our client a well established manufacturer in the Leeds area is seeking an experienced Customer Administrator with proven experience within a similar industry.
Working as part of a team your responsibilities will include:
Provide an excellent customer experience while adhering to internal customer service KPI’s.
Answering customer queries through email and telephone
Quotations
Update CRM system
Provide administrative support
Participate in stock takes as required
Manage customers orders from start t finish, liaising with appropriate departments
Any customer Enquires and complaints
Liaise with the finance departments to resolve customer queries surrounding invoices and pro-forma’s.
Tracking order status and updating the customer.
Assist in projects to develop the customer journey.
