Customer Service Administrator – Huddersfield
Mpeople Recruitment are excited to be supporting our well-established client in Huddersfield with the appointment of an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and professional team.
This is a full-time, office-based position offering a friendly working environment, long-term stability, and the opportunity to grow within a respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage UK and international customer orders from enquiry to delivery
- Process orders accurately and liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams
- Provide excellent service and timely communication to customers
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and order management systems
- Support data and product updates, as well as internal projects and reporting
- Occasionally assist with visitor and event coordination
About You:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Customer Service / Order Processing role
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Experienced in CRM and order management systems
- Confident, professional communicator with a proactive attitude
- Experience within manufacturing or export environments advantageous
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–3:30pm
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience; up to £30,000 for the right person
