Customer Service Advisor - Morley

Temporary – Ongoing

Monday - Friday /9am - 5pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)

£11.44p/hr Weekly Pay

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Provide support to suppliers and internal colleagues and resolve queries

  • Dealing with queries and complaints - incoming calls and email response

  • Act as a front-line colleague to provide support to retail, suppliers and head office users on queries, signposting where information can be found, triaging and servicing requests.

  • Handling emails that will include queries and complaints and being able to adapt to each customer

  • Navigate several systems to support in query resolution

  • Manage own workload and workflows to ensure timely resolution to queries

  • Working between multiple systems ensuring accurate data entry

To be successful within this role you will have the following;
