Customer Operations Specialist
Salary: £25,625 – £28,085
Location: Thorpe Park Business Park, Leeds
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours / week, Permanent
Are you a customer service professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences? We’re seeking an experienced and positive individual to join a high-performing operations team in a vital customer-facing role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling complex customer queries via phone and email
- Supporting offshore service teams to uphold service excellence
- Analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
- Deflecting potential complaints through proactive resolution
- Engaging with online reviews to protect and enhance brand reputation
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and calm under pressure
- A logical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable:
- Experience in the energy industry
- Previous work with offshore service teams
