Job Title: Customer Care Manager

Location: Burnley
Salary: £35K - £40K
Hours: Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm
Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking to work for a well-established organisation based in Burnley? You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, who share a passion for providing the best customer experience to the UK client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the overall customer experience
- Lead service teams in delivering Service Excellence when interacting with Customers both B2B and B2C via various channels
- Drive efficiencies through continuous improvement, automation and digital interactions
- Deliver on revenue targets
- Collaborate with Peers to share learning and develop consistent processes
Core Competencies and experience:
- Passion for and proven track record in Customer Care
- Experience in coaching and continuous development of teams
- Process orientated and critical thinker
- Data driven decision maker
- Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
Must have:
- Experience in using Salesforce, or similar CRM system
- Experience in using Qlik or similar reporting tool
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Management
