Job Title: Customer Care Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Burnley

Salary: £35K - £40K

Hours: Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm

 

Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking to work for a well-established organisation based in Burnley? You will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, who share a passion for providing the best customer experience to the UK client base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the overall customer experience
  • Lead service teams in delivering Service Excellence when interacting with Customers both B2B and B2C via various channels
  • Drive efficiencies through continuous improvement, automation and digital interactions
  • Deliver on revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Peers to share learning and develop consistent processes

 

Core Competencies and experience:

  • Passion for and proven track record in Customer Care
  • Experience in coaching and continuous development of teams
  • Process orientated and critical thinker
  • Data driven decision maker
  • Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders

 

Must have:

  • Experience in using Salesforce, or similar CRM system
  • Experience in using Qlik or similar reporting tool
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Management
