Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager on behalf of our well-established client in Oldham.
Our client are part of a global organisation that offer next day parcel and courier services across more than 13 countries worldwide.
- Location: Oldham (OL1)
- Hours of work: 09.00-17.15, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience

Duties will include:
- Managing inbound calls, enquiries, and queries using our in-house ticketing system.
- Upholding exceptional service standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective and professional communication.
- Delivering accurate and timely information to customers.
- Addressing complaints with empathy, offering practical solutions, and ensuring resolutions are followed through.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, account information, and associated documentation.
- Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and established communication standards.
The required traits, skills, and background:
- Customer-first mindset: A commitment to putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Industry experience: MUST have Minimum of 2 years in customer support within the Next Day Parcel & Courier Industry.
- Professional demeanour: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Multitasking ability: Exceptional time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and strong IT skills (training provided as needed)
