Paralegal – Clinical Negligence
Due to continued growth and internal progression, we are seeking an additional Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence team at our head office. Our specialist department is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for clients, handling a broad range of cases, from high-value, complex matters to more straightforward claims.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to fee earners, solicitors, and partners.
- Managing cases from initial instructions to completion, following office and accounts procedures.
- Preparing and managing case documentation.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses.
- Attending conferences and taking contemporaneous notes.
- Assisting with billing, payments, and disbursements.
- Preparing electronic bundles and maintaining case files.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management.
- Keeping up to date with legal developments.
- Supporting business development activities.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in casework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, PDF software, and Excel.
- Previous experience in a paralegal role or a similar position with client interaction.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
