  • Experience Matters: Demonstrable experience of field-based HVAC sales experience.
  • Sales Savvy: Proven track record in HVAC sales with excellent negotiation skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Sound technical understanding of HVAC systems (AHU, MVHR, Refrigeration, Controls).
