Due to growth and expansion, Mpeople are assisting in the recruitment of a Business Support Administrator. The company offers a fantastic package, pension contribution, death in service, team days and good holiday allowance with Christmas close. Salary £15,000 working Monday – Friday 09:30 - 15:00
Business Administrator Duties:
- Welcome visitors on reception and manage the meeting rooms.
- Deal with post and deliveries to the company.
- Stock control of stationary for all staff.
- Team diary management as required.
- Document preparation, including letters for clients.
- General administration duties for the wider admin team.
- Invoice and credit note preparation.
Business Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administration experience.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
- Brilliant communication skills on all levels.
- The drive to grow and succeed, whilst being a key team player.
