Are you an experienced Artwork Administrator or an Administrator with a creative flair who would like to work for a well-established company based in Leigh? Your main function will be to deal with all aspects of communication with customers, internal and external printers regarding printed orders and visuals, this will be through email and over the phone, supporting the overall business and department. You will be rewarded with a company that supports staff, working with household names, supported in personal growth with career progression, ongoing training, fantastic supportive colleagues.  Hours 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch.   Salary is £24,000 rising to £25,000 Following successful probation period.  Immediate starts are available.      

Artwork Administrator Duties:   

  • Ordering relevant consumables for the Artworkers and internal Print room to complete their tasks. 
  • Deal with a high volume of emails, liaising with the Artworkers where necessary to resolve any artwork related queries. 
  • Oversee any orders which require additional processing or fulfilment requirements which causes them to fall outside our usual processes.  This will involve monitoring the internal systems to ensure the orders are completed in a timely manner and communicating with the printers, packaging teams and customers throughout. 
  • Receiving artwork from customers and Artworkers process the artwork approvals with the relevant printer and communicate with customers regarding the delivery date.  
  • Selecting the correct printing type for each order, whilst ensuring the section remains within their daily capacity.  

Artwork Administrator Requirements:  

  • Must be confident in Administrative related tasks.  
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable; however, full training will be given.  
  • Confident communicator on the phone and via email.  
  • Good at multitasking, have a high attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work.  
  • Strong IT skillset with Microsoft Office packages inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
