Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client who are a manufacturing company based in Stalybridge.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business.

Salary: £24,000

100% office based

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Free onsite parking

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to work as part of a team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Shipping administration
  • Processing internet orders
  • Checking over the order list for an errors
  • Raising quotations
  • Emailing PODs (proof of delivery)
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with different departments
  • Document Logging
  • Tracking Shipments
  • System updating

 

Knowledge and Skills required:

  1. Confident IT skills (including Microsoft applications)
  2. Good telephone manner and communication skills
  3. E Commence experience desirable
  4. Excellent organisation skills
  5. Appreciates the need for attention to detail
  6. Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone
