Salary: maximum £24,000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who cand work in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask and has the ability to learn and pick up new process’s.
Responsibilities:
- Customer interactions: Answering customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and helping customers complete orders
- Record keeping: Maintaining customer records, service tickets, and other information
- Administrative tasks: Managing phones and email accounts, processing transactions, and preparing quotations
- Problem solving: Finding solutions when products are unavailable, and escalating issues to the appropriate person
- Reporting: Providing reports as needed, and informing management of any requirements
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and supporting the organization's governance
- Professional development: Taking on-the-job and external training, and continuing to develop professionally
Experience:
· Previous Sales Order Processing experience
· Customer Service experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Well organised
· Ability to work as part of a small team
· Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office
· Experience of using an MRP system
