Mpeople are excited to be recruiting for Customer Service Administrator for our client who are a successful company based in Trafford Park.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business with a lot of long-standing staff.

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm

Holiday: 25 plus bank holidays

Location: Trafford Park

Free onsite parking

Our client is seeking a candidate with an excellent telephone manor who can build relationships naturally and had experience in Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers, transferring them to the right department and ensuring that they are dealt with in a time effective manner.
  • Providing updates to customers
  • Providing advice to customers
  • Logging all new enquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring that customers are updated throughout the process and that you manage your diary
  • Handling any complaints if necessary

Experience:

  • You need to be good on the telephone
  • You need to be able to work to a fast pace when its busy
  • You need to ensure your administration is accurate
