  • Role: Administrator
  • Salary: £13.04 per Hour (£23,732.80) depending upon experience.
  • Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, or 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday till Friday, with 1-hour for lunch. 35 hours per week.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Updating Job Status Logs & Customer Database
  • Updating Customer Online Portals
  • Producing Task Paperwork for Technicians
  • Producing data for Contract Management & KPI Reports
  • Answering Customer Enquiries by Email & Telephone
  • Other General Duties as Needed
  • Work Within the Requirements of our Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety Policies

Salary is currently paid weekly, one week in arrears, directly into a nominated bank account & will be set at a level based on experience & capability.

Holidays: 20 days per year [Plus Statuary Holidays - Bank holidays] A minimum of 4 days are to be saved for Christmas holidays Due to the changing nature of our business, the company reserves the right to alter the content, tasks & responsibilities of this job description to reflect changes to the job or services provided,
