Known to be the one of the most innovative firms of chartered accountants in the north of England, they specialise in offering a comprehensive range of services catering to businesses, spanning from SME tax planning to large-scale audits for multi-million-pound enterprises.

Key job responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements and self-assessment returns
• Preparation of management accounts
• Working with a varied portfolio of clients

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of accounts, corporation tax and self-assessment gained within practice
• Experience in dealing with a varied client portfolio ranging from sole traders to limited companies
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to multi-task
• Team player attitude
• Excellent communication skills

Qualification not essential - QBE considered.
