Internal Account Manager

Leeds 

C£30K depending on experience

Monday to Friday 9-5

Our client a leading European organisation, who are currently undergoing a period of growth, which has lead to the above role.

As Account Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, providing accurate quotations, processing orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling complaints.

Duties to include:

 

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries
  • Assess and understand customer needs, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all quotations in a timely manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Confirm order details and delivery schedules with clients through phone and email communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Proactively contact clients who have not recently made a purchase to understand their needs and address any issues.
  • Investigate and understand why clients may only purchase one type of product and identify opportunities to expand their engagement with the full range of services.
  • Receive and address client complaints within SLA timescales
  • Investigate the root cause of complaints, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
