Our client a leading European organisation, who are currently undergoing a period of growth, which has lead to the above role.
As Account Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, providing accurate quotations, processing orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling complaints.
Duties to include:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries
- Assess and understand customer needs, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotations to clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all quotations in a timely manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Confirm order details and delivery schedules with clients through phone and email communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Proactively contact clients who have not recently made a purchase to understand their needs and address any issues.
- Investigate and understand why clients may only purchase one type of product and identify opportunities to expand their engagement with the full range of services.
- Receive and address client complaints within SLA timescales
- Investigate the root cause of complaints, working with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
