Account Handler / Insurance Advisor

Salary: £27,500

Location: Hazel Grove (full time office-based role)

**The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working with motor insurance or personal lines**

We’re looking for someone who can understand client needs and deliver exceptional service. You’ll identify solutions to business risks, mainly through insurance contracts, manage new and renewal business to drive retention and growth, prepare reports, handle mid-term policy changes, and spot opportunities for development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high-quality service to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Support account management and revenue growth.
• Provide accurate, timely information and reports.
• Manage workload effectively under pressure.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain records.
• Complete required training and development activities.
