Mpeople have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our client within a 1^st Line Support role. This vacancy will work on a full time, permanent basis and successful candidates will undergo a DBS check and 3 years references.

• Role: 1^st Line Support
• Location: Stalybridge
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Hours: 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday to Thursday. 8:45am to 3pm, Friday.

Duties as 1^st Line Support will include but not be limited to:

• Providing IT support and excellent customer service to high profile clients
• Being first point of contact via phone, email and ticketing system
• Organising and prioritising issues
• Managing queuing systems
• Following procedures
• Investigating technical issues and providing a resolution
• Liaising with colleagues and clients
• Attending client sites when remote solutions are unsuccessful/unsuitable

The successful candidate in 1^st Line Support will possess the following skills:

• Experience previous role is required
• Use of Windows programs
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent customer service skills
