1st Line Support

Location: Morley Leeds

Employee Benefits: 20 days annual leave, pension scheme, Free car parking

Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a natural aptitude to providing exceptional levels of IT support and problem resolution.

 

1st Line Support Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support for all support customers.
  • Ensure Faults are resolved or escalated within the agreed customer SLA.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained by providing regular communication via telephone, email and the ticketing system.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for fault resolution when appropriate.
  • Escalate incidents and service requests to 2nd line support where necessary.

 

Required skills, knowledge, and experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working on a busy support desk.
  • The ability to use your initiative and be a self-starter.
  • The mindset to work well under pressure and manage multiple tickets within a busy service desk environment.
  • Have great customer service skills and drive to build great customer relationships.
  • Experience to provide advice to non-technically aware customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and have the ability to support customers in line with SLA’s.
  • Experience and competence working with: -
    • Windows 10 & 11
    • Microsoft 365 admin portal
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Office
  • Desktop/laptop builds.

 

Must have full UK driver’s license and vehicle, as some driving may be required.

 

Not required but beneficial

  • Have a technical understanding of fixed line and data connectivity solutions.
  • Experience of working for an MSP.
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, and customer LAN environments.
  • Experience working on the 3CX, / Teams Voice.
