Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for a Packing & Production Operative for a well-established manufacturing business based in Lees, Oldham.

• Rate of pay: £24,375
• Hours of work: 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes unpaid lunch (37.5 hours per week)
• Location: Lees, Oldham (OL4)

General duties for this position include but are not restricted to:-

• Packing and labelling of finished goods ready for dispatch.
• Ensuring packing area is stocked up at all times with raw materials.
• Supplying machines with correct materials for particular job.
• Weekly stocktake.
• Informing relevant people when materials are running low.
• Intake of raw materials and storing adequately in correct place.
• Palletising and wrapping of larger jobs ready for dispatch, including manual lifting.
• Loading finished goods onto daily courier transportation.
• General tidying of production area, emptying bins.
