Mpeople are currently recruiting for a Transport/Warehouse Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, growing team. Our client is looking for someone to assist in the day to day running of the transport and warehouse operation. To be considered you must be a reliable individual who has a willingness to learn.


  • Request transit times
  • Use of Sage line 200 (previous experience would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Complete FLT checks and arrange any servicing/ maintenance required
  • Work to the transport legislation such as Tacho hours and drivers time sheets
  • Responsible for inputting deliveries accurately with correct times and dates.
  • Print and email manifests to customers who require one
  • Work between the office and warehouse
  • Ensure external and internal customers are kept up to date with their orders
  • Assist in booking in the loads/deliveries with the customers

Requirements and skills

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Working knowledge of Sage200 (Preferable but not essential)
  • Previous exposure to logistics or transport processes
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good communication with internal and external teams

Hours, benefits, and salary

  • 07:00am – 15:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary bracket £21,000 - £22,500  (Depending on experience)
