Our client based in Normanton is actively recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator to join a growing business.
Reporting to the HR Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of booking and monitoring all training.
Key Responsibilities to include:
Book authorised training for all employees
Monitoring training expiry dates - ensuring certification is in date
Ensure all new certificates are uploaded to the training database
Monitor and record training costs
Ensure completion of e-learning across the company as required
Monitor mentoring process for site staff
To assist HR officer with general administration
Conduct admin and Excel tests for interviews
Updating HR company database
Induction of new starters
Advertising roles on job boards
Negotiating with recruitment agencies
Scheduling interviews
Ad-hoc duties as requested
