Our client within the construction industry is actively seeing a new Trade Counter Sales person to join their team.

You will be responsible for handling all queries on the trade counter, processing cash and credit sales, and maximising sales opportunities.

Duties will include:

Providing an excellent customer service to customers answering queries

Deal with cash and credit sales collection enquiries

To cross and upsell where appropriate

Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure a timely dispatch

To pick and sort materials from storage accurately and timely

Process despatches for the trade counter

To assist with inventory procedures

Carry out stock checks

Be familiar with health and safety

You will need similar experience within a similar role, be a customer focused team player, who is driven and focused.
