There is a salary of up to £30,000 plus bonus, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays plus your birthday off, car parking, hybrid working, incentives and attendance bonus.

The Role:

• Identify clients who use temporary commercial staff by proactive outbound sales calls
• Face to face client visits
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients
• Filling  clients recruitment  requirements 
• Sourcing candidates for roles
• Negotiating fees/rates
• Registration of candidates
• Proactive in finding new clients and candidates via job boards
• Update the CRM system
• Obtain ID and reference checks

• IT competent
• Able to work on own initiative and be accountable for own workload
• Prioritise own work achieving daily objectives
• Strong team player with a positive mind set

There is a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus bonus and many more benefits. At mpeople everyone is treated and respected as an individual. There is a 40 hour working week, however flexi time is offered along with some  hybrid working.
