Our Client has a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a HR Shared Service Team Leader! It's an opportunity to drive a world class centralised people administration service.

Your Role

You will lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service to our colleagues and key stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for supporting the vision, strategy and objectives for HR Shared Services and would be expected to provide data and transaction support and address escalated queries.

You will manage team performance and workflow against key performance metrics and delivery against agreed SLAs. You will work with key stakeholders to develop and propose solutions to resolve process inefficiencies, improve ways of working and identify new services and potential opportunities to increase productivity and effectiveness of the team in order to drive service improvements to our customers.

As the Team Leader you will provide effective leadership to drive your team to meet its goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to all team members. 

 About You

• Experience working as a Team Leader or manager in a shared service environment.
• Passionate about delivering world class service to customers and be able to demonstrate clear and effective communication
• Strong analytical skills resulting in an ability to drive actions, and an innovative mindset allowing you to evaluate current processes and identify efficiencies.
• The ability to lead a team to success is essential, as is a strong pride in ensuring we adhere to Asda's ethics and compliance at all times.
