Responsibilities within this role will include:
- You will use data and insights to provide the business with talent acquisition solutions for candidate identification and engagement. However, you will go beyond just using data and become a data-driven storyteller to ensure stakeholders buy into your work both rationally and emotionally.
- You will transform job adverts, promoting what is challenging, and best about working with us. Across numerous social channels. However whilst you will be meticulous with advert creation you will equally be as focussed on being an expert on where the right places are to post them for maximum effect.
- You will quickly become an expert on the talent landscape; whilst this will be on a national basis, you will have a particular focus on a 50-mile radius of our home office in Leeds. You will be the first to know when companies are opening, closing, restructuring and being able to provide a sourcing strategy for every scenario
To be successful within this role you will need to demonstrate the following skill set and behaviours:
- We are open-minded on background, but this role will likely suit someone from an in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment team specifically with a demonstrable track record of recruiting high volume head office based roles
