Service controller - 4 day weekend

Normanton 

Friday, Saturday,  Sunday and Monday between 7am - 7PM

Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced Service Controller to join their Normanton operation.  

Duties and experience to include:

Process customer calls for the Service department

Complete Manufacture warranty

Process job sheets

Recording duty on call forms and adding to breakdown list

Consolidation of the service list

Resolution of service lists

Create and distribute overdue list

Assist in the production of management reports

Plan and maintain the service list

Support the fuel management function

Processing and administration

Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times
