Do you like mixing sports with work?  Mpeople are working with an international company who have a great brand footprint and are looking for a Scheduling Administrator in Wigan.  Do you want real career progression?  ongoing training and a great working environment? Due to company growth, there are looking for a Scheduling Administrator.  Hours 9-5 Monday to Thursday, Friday 9.00 am till 4.00 pm and a salary of up to £22,000.  

Scheduling Administration duties: 

  • Processing, scheduling and invoicing sales orders 

  • Maintaining stock levels & monitoring accounts 

  • General office duties 

  • To work closely with the Office Manager and sales administration team on a daily basis 

  • Dealing with customer queries as required.

Scheduling Administrator Skills & Experience:  

  • Ability to prioritise own workload, work to targets and deadlines  

  • Worked in a similar role, planning, scheduling, administration role 

  • Pro Active thinking with excellent personal and administrative skills 

  • Good knowledge of CRM systems 

  • Required knowledge of Excel and Word 

  • Must be PC Literate 

  • Worked in a fast-paced environment
