Our client based in Elland is actively seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the external sales manager.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Produce quotes and contracts when required from the information provided by the BDM
  • Manage the external sales managers diary
  • Appointment setting from time to time
  • Existing customer account management: managing and supporting with the order process from start to finish
  • CRM record keeping up to date & accurate
  • Dealing with incoming queries and passing to the sales manager
  • Demonstrate high levels of motivation & drive, share success with colleagues
  • Full administration support to the external Sales Manager

This is a very varied support role, you will need to be able to work within a fast paced environment, providing an excellent customer service to both customers and staff.
