Sales Administrator
Dewsbury
£22500 raising to £25K
Our client is actively seeking a strong administrator to join a growing organisation in Dewsbury.
Duties and experience includes:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Telephone experience
Good numeracy skills
Computer experience including word and excel knowledge
Ability to work to deadlines
Work well as part of a team
Answer incoming telephone calls
Process sales orders / queries via telephone, fax, email and EDI in a timely and accurate manner
Answering verbal and written queries
Analyse stock availability from screen and quote accordingly
Allocating new stock to existing orders
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Reporting to Sales Order Processing Manager
