We are now looking for someone to join one of our clients within their sales administration team and work from their modern offices in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter and team player. The role offers excellent career progression.

Typical daily duties will include:
- Quotations for products following enquiries via email and telephone
- Checking stock to indicate lead times on quotations and orders
- Sourcing products to complete full requirements of customers
- Receiving telephone orders and directly inputting into Sage
- Checking credit-worthiness with finance team
- Converting quotes to orders and advising of deliveries
- Taking payments for orders via credit card
- Liaising with warehouse team for despatching of orders
- Managing inbox to communicate in full with all customer enquiries and further queries
- Communicating with suppliers for prices and availabilities of non-stock items
- Assisting with logistics in peak hours where necessary to help team cope with surge demand
- After sales and Customer Care
- General Office and Sales Admin
- Helping develop sales database
Full-time, Permanent with competitive salary
Start time 9am 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
