Mpeople Recruitment are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant - Temporary desk on a full time or Part time, permanent basis. We are a long standing, successful company with a family feel. We are a small, friendly ethical team who are all passionate about our clients and candidates.

This position is varied and will provide you with an interesting combination of interviewing, advertising, negotiating, sales, business development, compliance, building relationships with both new and existing clients. . Reporting into the Director, the successful person will:

• Develop and manage a new temporary Commercial desk 
• Build and develop strong business relationships to identify growth opportunities and long-lasting partnerships.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including ,
• Manage all temporary compliance
• Arrange interviews
• Client meetings
• Resourcing
• Screening of candidates
• Managing offers and start dates
• Regular updates with candidates and clients

The ideal candidate should have a proven sales or recruitment background, be resilient and ambitious, with the ability to grow and stretch both new and existing relationships

Package includes;

• £Flexible DOE
• Uncapped monthly commission structure
