Mpeople are currently working with a well-established company based in Wigan who operate worldwide. The company has a high online presence and due to growth they expanding their team and and are recruiting for a Quality Administrator. Hours of work Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 4pm, Salary: £17,000 to £20,000 per year

Quality Administrator Duties:

  • Provide general administration support to the Quality Manager.
  • Maintain effective control of all quality documents enabling the business to run efficiently
  • Update quality document databases ensuring all data is current
  • Filing of quality documents, ensuring their availability if required.
  • Internal and external quality concerns
  • Assisting and advising other department staff with any technical enquiries

Quality Administrator Requirements:

  • A proven background within an administrative role, ideally but not essentially in a Quality environment
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment essential
  • High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and external
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience of working a similar role is desirable but not essential
