The company has a high online presence and due to growth they expanding their team and and are recruiting for a Quality Administrator. Hours of work Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 4pm, Salary: £17,000 to £20,000 per year
Quality Administrator Duties:
- Provide general administration support to the Quality Manager.
- Maintain effective control of all quality documents enabling the business to run efficiently
- Update quality document databases ensuring all data is current
- Filing of quality documents, ensuring their availability if required.
- Internal and external quality concerns
- Assisting and advising other department staff with any technical enquiries
Quality Administrator Requirements:
- A proven background within an administrative role, ideally but not essentially in a Quality environment
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment essential
- High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and external
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of working a similar role is desirable but not essential
