Salary £40,000 - £50,000, Hours Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
QSHE Regulatory Compliance Manager Requirements:
- To accurately complete all necessary compliance and regulatory documentation within set deadlines.
- Provide support and advice to R&D and commercial activities concerning regulatory requirements.
- Maintain, support, develop and improve the regulatory affairs and internal database system.
- Review and evaluate on a regular basis regulations and affiliated associations within Europe.
- Continuously liaise with worldwide regulatory authorities in the progression of regulatory projects.
- Maintain information on worldwide regulatory requirements and the status of product registration.
- Liaise with all departments and project teams to co-ordinate timely applications for approval of products ·
- Provide information to all staff concerning regulatory requirements, Interpret and communicate regulatory issues that will impact products and business strategies.
- Maintain and produce SDS programme.
- Retain all records associated within the compliance and regulatory department.
- Provide costings to the Sales Department on request.
- Producing weekly and monthly update as requested by Directors.
- Delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality best practice across the business, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company standards.
- Review and development of risk assessments and method statements.
- Support Internal Audit programme by completing site audits.
- Create, develop, and maintain associated documentation and reports.
QSHE Regulatory Compliance Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of degree level qualification or equivalent.
- COMAH site experience.
- Required minimum of 3 years regulatory experience in a chemical industry.
- Have good problem-solving skills with excellent communication both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising workloads.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work to deadlines, targets and have knowledge of regulatory guidelines and legislation.
