Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Production Administrator on behalf of our reputable client based in Todmorden, for a period of 12 months to cover Maternity.
- Office Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
- Location: Todmorden
- Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
- 12 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assessing each customer order and correctly allocating components to the bill of materials (items required to create a product) so that production can start the making the product
- Maintenance of information on the various internal CRM systems up to date
- Ensuring correct stock count and batching (quarterly basis)
- Producing documents as required using the relevant CRM systems (for example reports, procedures forms etc.)
- Producing accurate room plans for the company’s products, from specific criteria
- A range of administrative duties within the manufacturing/production team
The right candidate for this will:
- Have previous experience working for a manufacturing/production company is essential
- Have exceptional attention to detail and be able to maintain thoroughness in fast-paced environments
- Be a strong administrator and confident systems user
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be able to manage their own workload efficiently
- Be empathetic and respectful
- Have the ability to problem-solve and take initiative
- Be capable of reacting to a change in demands and adapt their workload efficiently
