Salary up to £24,000, hours Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm.
Payroll Administrator Duties:
- You will participate in preparation and completion of weekly, monthly and 4 weekly payroll
- Assisting the payroll processes
- Resolve all customer queries in a timely manner in line with company policy and escalate complex queries where applicable.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures at all times.
- Ensure that your payroll is checked for accuracy; Identify errors / potential problems and ensure that they are resolved to the highest standard.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Payroll Administrator Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service, payroll or administration role would be beneficial, however, transferable skills will be considered as training will be given.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good numeracy skills is required.
- Required strong IT and administration skillset.
- You will have high attention to detail with strong communication both written and verbally with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- The desire for personal development within the role and company.
