Leeds

6 Months Maternity Contract

£26K pro Rota

Our client based in Leeds is actively seeking a senior PA, to cover maternity leave.

Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer.

Screening incoming calls, proactively maintaining and organising diary arrangements and email management for the Chief Operating Officer, including travel and accommodation and resolve any conflicting and changing tasks on a daily basis. 

Providing administrative support to the Head of Business Development.

Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes/notes during meeting for both the Chief Operating Officer and Head of             Business Development ensuring appropriate follow up action is carried out promptly.

Providing assistance and support to the PA to Chief Executive Officer and Executive Assistant in coordinating, preparation of Board of Director papers and if necessary taking detailed and accurate minutes at Board meetings.

Providing cover for annual leave/sickness and if necessary .

Liaising with departments to ensure effective communication on behalf of the Head of Business Development.

Providing assistance with monthly credit card reconciliation for senior Executive Officers, if required.

Providing general office support eg raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintain any spreadsheets, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

Reviewing secretarial and administrative systems on a regular basis and implement changes to ensure maximum efficiency.

Maintaining a high level of awareness of the companies programmes, products and services in order to respond to specific needs of individuals or groups.

Providing PA support and services to other senior Executive officers if/when required.

Contributing to the development of policies and strategies through internal staff meetings and working groups.

Working with  the companies Solutions partners to ensure that equity in coaching is developed and delivered effectively.

Following and promoting the Behaviours of the company both internal and external

Following and promoting the implementation of policies for the equal treatment of all employees, applicants and customers.

Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility to support the company including events.
